- Consideration to approve a resolution regarding planned general obligation bond, entitled “A resolution approving the incurring of general obligation debt in an amount not exceeding $2,500,000; declaring the intent of the Hartsville Community Center Building Commission to reimburse the Hartsville Commission with the proceeds of such obligations; and authorizing a petition to the County Council of Darlington County pursuant to Section 6-11-830 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina 1976, as amended”
