- Motion: To enter Executive Session pursuant to SC Code FOIA Section 30-4-70(a)(1)(2)(5) for discussion of appointments to various city boards, committees, and commissions; discussions of negotiations incident to proposed contractual arrangements and the proposed sale of property; and discussion of matters relating to the proposed location and provision of services encouraging the location of business in the city limits of Hartsville.
- Motion: To exit and verify that only the items stated in the motion to enter Executive Session were discussed during Executive Session.
- Upon returning to open session, the Council may take action on matters discussed in Executive Session.
