Motion: To enter Executive Session pursuant to SC Code FOIA Section 30-4-70(a)(1)(2)(5) for discussion of appointments to various city boards, committees, and commissions; discussions of negotiations incident to proposed contractual arrangements and the proposed sale of property; and discussion of matters relating to the proposed location and provision of services encouraging the location of business in the city limits of Hartsville.
    2. Motion: To exit and verify that only the items stated in the motion to enter Executive Session were discussed during Executive Session.
    3. Upon returning to open session, the Council may take action on matters discussed in Executive Session.
